Fixed title duplication in page metadata and improved SEO structure

- 1.Created unified common.companyName key for company name across all languages
- 2.Fixed 'GAX' duplication in page titles for about, contact, blog, and portfolio pages
- 3.Removed company name from section titles (about.title, hero.title) to prevent duplication
- 4.Added missing about.hero.title and about.hero.description keys to all language files
- 5.Unified metadata format: 'Section Name - GAX' for all website pages
